Library Lunchbreaking, 2022 April

In a nutshell: then-new job brought lunch hours, lunch hours brought regular walks, I brought camera (occasionally), I (sometimes) post photos from those walks.

Just like in March, I spent my April outdoors breaktime mostly on that particular spot at the riverside deck area.

Just like last year, the spring has been slow coming, so a week later the main observations include the shade of skies and (maybe) rising water levels.

A little bit downstream from the public lounge area, is a set of stairs leading to the water. It's probably meant for park maintenance purposes and not the casual pedestrian use, but I've found it a good spot for sitting when the deck's already crowded. The view is more or less the same, but at slightly different angles.

While sitting on the maintenance steps, i spotted an interesting scene: river patrol doing maintenance on some buoys and poking at the river bottom.

Their work yielded a bountiful harvest which soon swam downstream, majestic AF.

Another April lunchbreak, another spot on the decks. Moment captured primarily to record the water levels.
