Most of my play-energy goes into testing these days. Even so, I take the occasional moment to clear my thoughts by playing something different. I find it especially helpful to play something that looks completely different - like turn-based conquest porn or some adventure classics. I'd started feeling the longing for wasteland wandering growing for a while and eventually got to poking around the original Fallout again. I'd also started to miss the recording process (once you get it going, it's SO much easier to just babble into the mic rather than put together a coherent written piece).
