Thank you. We were able to make the most of her final weeks - keeping company (eventually the hospital let us take turns staying overnight), keeping her as active as possible, lots of little joys included in each day. As difficult as that time was, somehow it made the most precious memories overall.
In this situation one never knows what to say. I hope you have nothing but fond memories about her.
