So I have been playing ... (116). Wasteland2 beyond the canyon!

I shall exploit the header space to boost the signal of our GM's Gofundme campaign: https://www.gofundme.com/blueberrycreekrecovery

I ended the previous post/session when we were about to dive deep into the Titan's Canyon and those pesky lizards got on the way. After some grind and effort we defeat them... only to find out that we could have circled around a hill and landed on a cozy position where we could have pew-pewed them lizards without getting bitten at all.

This is where we reach the final checkpoint before the Titan's Temple levelchanger. The local glowy dudes are all pretty blase by this point.

This is also our first time venturing inside the hidden base and no step on snek. Unfortunately, I forgot to cash in some doodads that would have given me a boost in kiss-ass, which means we fail one of the hidden quests for toaster-items. (When I try to discuss the matter later on with all the appropriate speech checks up to the task, I get the reply that "ASS was already discussed." Bummer.)
Oh, did I mention that while inside the hidden base, we reprogram the local turrets to do our bidding. Just in case.

Our pants-crisis is bad, and we resort to purchasing the attire of Three Amigos from the cowboy trader. (This leads to some random tactical confusion in the field.)

When we enter the temple side of the canyon for the first time, the monks are none too happy about our aggressive ways. We also learn that there's plenty of green goop accessible for the non-fighty player.

I go about my usual routine, trying ot gain knowledge of the area without committing to any choices, and avoiding long-term consequences. There might be reloads involved.

Not wanting to get tangled up with anything long-term at the temple yet, we happily head towards the canyon's back exit to see the desert on the other side. (There be robots.)

Getting acquainted with the desert, we make it to Silo7 and accumulate knowledge there. (Probably accumulate some radiation as well.)

There will be many more episodes to come; meanwhile, the whole playlist is over here.
